Enables viewing of ticket count overview and if enabled, work time. Please read carefully. Click example images to display full size version in new tab/window.

Click the icon to display the search filters. Here you can filter by department, date range and set the display type to either day or month.

This column only displays if the work tracker is enabled in the settings. Time is displayed in h:m:s.

Enables report view to be exported to CSV. If filters are used, csv will mirror the filters.
