Unassigned Members

Overview
You will have instances when someone either:

1 Enters their sign up details with no intention of really signing up
2 Enters their signup details with the intention of signing up, but changes their mind.

This will be unassigned data. In either case, the email address cannot be used again until it is cleared.

So, you may wish to:

1 Clear a member quickly so they can try again
2 Resend someone a payment link to continue their signup

Both of these options are available via the 'Unassigned Members' section. The latter via the 'Contact' option.

Auto Clear
If you wish you can have the system auto clear unassigned data. The auto clear is set in your admin settings and is 2 days default on install. Change this if you wish. For the lockbox signup, no need to keep data too long.
Clear ALL
To clear ALL unassigned entries select the option from the button top right. This action is NOT reversible.
Contact - Payment/Restart Subscription Links
You can enclose the payment links in the message body if they appear on the message window screen.

{PAYLINK_X} - Sends payment link for gateway to start membership (see note below)
{RESTART_X} - Send payment link for gateway to restart subscription (see note below)


The X must be replaced with the payment gateway ID as seen on the payments gateways page. If you have attempted to add a new gateway, it must be configured correctly to use this link. The following IDs are for the default gateways.

1 = Paypal
2 = 2Checkout
3 = Stripe
